ABOUT THIS BOOK
Nanomaterials with one dimension covering between 1–100 nm have attracted great interest among scientists due to their unique properties and high surface areas, compared to their counterparts; bulk materials. Because of their size confinement and dimensionality, one dimensional (1D) nanostructures are excellent model systems for electronic transport and optical, electrical, and mechanical systems.
