Advanced Electrochemistry is a multidisciplinary peer-reviewed international journal that seeks to provide rapid publication of original fundamental research and technological advances in all fields of electrochemistry. The journal publishes full research papers, review articles with author's photo and short biography, and communications of important new scientific and technological findings, encompassing the fundamental and applied research in all aspects of electrochemistry.  The journal has four sections  (i) Basic Concepts of Electrochemistry; (ii) Electrochemistry and Energy Applications including energy conversion and storage,  batteries,  fuel cells,  solar cells, super-capacitors and other power sources;  (iii) Biological Electrochemistry including enzymatic catalysis, biosensors, biological membranes, cell metabolism, pharmaceuticals and drugs, photosynthesis, electron transfer phenomena; bioelectromagnetism; and (iv) Advancement in Electrochemistry.
